We recommend orders of our chocolate coated strawberries to be delivered on the day of event. Our strawberries are best eaten as soon as possible.

We understand that you would like to surprise your recipient with our strawberry bouquet & gift boxes, please let your recipient know a surprise delivery is coming, no need to tell them what it is on your selected date to look out for the gift as we do not return the gift back.

If the recipient is not at the address of delivery we will leave the gift in a safe and cool space at your own risk.


At Tasteful Hampers we utilise Premium Courier Companies.In the event that there is no one home and it is safe our courier service will leave the delivery at the doorstep or in a safe place. If it is unsafe to leave the parcel at the address provided a collection card will be left at the recipients address with information for collection or redelivery this may incur a charge.


Please check that the address you provide to us is correct before submitting your order. In the event that you have supplied us with incorrect address details a re-delivery fee may be charged.


For hospital deliveries please insure the patients details are correct and patient has not been discharged. Please provide name of hospital and patients full name.
